The safeguarding of human dignity, in all its forms, lies at the heart of our enterprise and its values of Humanistic Capitalism and Human Sustainability. This philosophy inspires every action and becomes tangible in the enhancement of our company’s workplaces, which we like to regard as "places of the soul," where the spirit and the creative genius of each individual are nurtured.
Founded on an architectural vision that seeks harmony, beauty, and hospitality, our concept of the 'Beautiful Factory' began in Solomeo with the Industrial Park project, and has since expanded in a symbolic embrace to all our production sites, such as the Carrara Tailoring Atelier, in Tuscany, the Penne Tailoring Atelier, in Abruzzo, and our Artisanal Knitwear Factory in Umbria.
We have striven to design wspaces that are well cared for and filled with light, with large windows overlooking the surrounding landscape, allowing one to raise their eyes to the sky and let the Genius Loci naturally merge with the spirit and authentic values that we are committed to cultivating in each of our workplaces.

Together with the fourteen hundred collaborators who bring the Solomeo Industrial Park to life every day, more than one hundred seventy artisans in Penne and Carrara take care of the tailoring production of men’s jackets and outerwear, while our forty collaborators in the Artisanal Knitwear Factory continue the historic Umbrian tradition of working with cashmere and other fine natural fibers.

In each of our locations, we strive to pass down knowledge that goes beyond mere craftsmanship: tangible testimonies of the art and poetry of human genius, which our company is keen to safeguard and enhance, in the belief that such know-how shapes and, in turn, is shaped by the Genius Loci, namely the soul of the environments that host it.
This vision, therefore, seeks to elevate workplaces as vital centres for the expression of Human Sustainability: a sustainability that blends the care of the soul with the work of the hands, allowing the creative genius of each person to be freely and spontaneously expressed.
